Book a Transfer

Payment is in cash to the driver, directly on the spot.

Within 24 hours we will confirm your booking by sending you an e-mail with reference number of your booking. If you need our confirmation in a more urgent way, please call +381 65 624 35 26 (from 7-22 h).

If you book transfer from airport, we will search the status of your flight and our driver will be present with the name board in the arrival hall of the airport within 15 minutes after the actual landing of your flight. 

If you book transfer from the hotel, our driver will wait you on the reception. In other cases we will call or text you upon arrival of your transfer on the address indicated in booking form, providing you with information about your car's model, color and license plate number. 

You can cancel your booking free of charge not later than 2 hours before the time indicated in the booking form. If you cancel the airport transfer booking later than 2 hours before the time indicated, you shall pay 50% of its cost. If you cancel it after the arrival of the car in the airport, you shall pay 100% of transfer cost.
